KASHIWA

An introduction of my friends from Kashiwa Municipal High School Symphonic Band~

I got to know them through the Yuhua-Kashiwa Band exchange in Japan/2006 and Singapore/2008.

Japan/2006

Kumiko(center) is the Clarinet section leader. Beside her, is Mika.

Look how much we have changed in 2 years time.

Singapore/Jan 2008

Kashiwa rehearsing in Yuhua school hall before setting off to Esplanade.
This is the first time Kashiwa performed in Singapore. Everyone was anticipating it.

These are all my friends from the Clarinet Section.

This is Yusuke.
He is a member of Saxophone section.
Actually i only manage to take a picture with him. At that point of time, i still do not know him. I got to know him through Kangwei.
Kangwei called him 'playboy' of Saxophone section.

When i got to know him better, Yusuke offered me to stay at his house. So when i knew we were going there for a holiday, i jumped upon the chance!

Singapore/March 2008

Yusuke and Masa came to Singapore for holiday~

Kangwei and I brought them to the Singapore Zoo.

Kangwei, Chaiying and I was the tour guides of the day!

Masa is also from Kashiwa and he plays the Trumpet. At that time, he was the section leader.
Before i got to know his name, i always named him as 'the one who always play the solo'.
This is because during the performance at Esplanade in January, he was the one playing almost all the solo.

Yusuke and Masa had 3 days 2 nights stay at Kangwei's house.
We are all staying at Kangwei's house for the last night.

We are getting bored...
So Kangwei and I take pictures with the two of them.
And i do not know why it became so weird pictures.

They found out that we're using the webcam! They are amazed and started posing again.
They are really the experts of making weird faces!

Thanks to Yusuke's good english, we do not have much communication problems.
