浅草観音寺

Asakusa Kannon Temple, with the big paper lantern at Kaminarimon Gate.

Famous temple, i'm sure you guys have seen it before?

field trip i guess?

Further down leads to Nakamise Avenue (souvenir street)

If there is a purification fountain (all temples I went had it), use the ladle to lift water out to wash both your hands. Then ladle water into your hands and rinse your mouth--do not drink from the ladle--before spitting the water out. Do not spit in the fountain.

However I just rinsed my hands only.

Next you proceed to the inside of temple, and there will be this big coin box. Throw a coin or two into the coin box, clap your hands twice, and pray.

Ferry to Odaiba お台場
The Rainbow Bridge

Odaiba (お台場) is a large artificial island in Tokyo Bay, Japan, across the Rainbow Bridge from central Tokyo. It was initially built for defensive purposes in the 1800s, dramatically expanded during the late 20th century as a seaport district, and has developed since the 1990s as a major commercial, residential and leisure area.
